I NEVER asked for a manicure- I asked for my nails to be painted. Since I didn’t have any color already on my hands I didn’t know to call it a “polish change” . Come to my surprise a $40 charge for this when I got to the register. Absolutely not worth the $40 and will not be back. Not even well done. Extremely frustrating. I don’t ever write reviews but that’s how upset I am.

Bee has been my go-to for gel full sets for nearly a year, and I couldn't be happier with her exceptional work. She meticulously takes her time to ensure everything is perfect. Additionally, Kim provided a fantastic gel pedicure, displaying gentleness and taking the time needed for a great experience. Layla and the entire staff is amazing, making this salon my favorite destination for all my manicure and pedicure needs!

Always clean and welcoming and quick! Update: 7/22- Hailey is sooo great! I am usually so picky with nail art and I completely trusted Hailey!! We talked through color choices and she even put me on to the perfect neutral base for my skin tone!! I had Kelly for my pedicure and lord… the way she put her neck into that massage… I actually will never have anyone else do it… well until her beautiful baby comes in November ( so please book her up!)

I’ve been here twice. My first time was great. I got an acrylic set and pedicure. Hailey and Linda did a great job. It was overpriced for a plain, no-design set, but that’s about it. My second time I got an acrylic fill with design and pedicure. Linda was great for the pedicure again, and then I had a different tech for the nails. They agreed to the design and it ended up looking nothing like it and sloppily done. I asked for bright spring flowers and none of the flowers connected or were the right color. It honestly just looked like dots. I didn’t want to come off rude because they seemed to be proud of the design, so I confided in the front desk. (Front desk ladies are great as well—super friendly). They rescheduled me about a week later and said someone would get in contact with me regarding the mishap. They never did. I went in to get the design fixed by Hailey and she did a great job again. However, they charged me again and I did tip her well. The front desk did explain to me that there are certain techs who are good at design and to schedule with them specifically next time. Which is fine, but I don’t believe the tech should’ve agreed to something they were incapable of doing. I also believe due to the waste of time originally and me having to come in again I shouldn’t have been charged and/or the previous charge should’ve been comped. Now I’ve been charged more for their mistake lol and wasted more time, it makes no sense. I’m now conflicted on returning to this place due to the inconsistent customer service.

To all my corporate elegant ladies. Please believe me when I say this is the BEST acrylic fill i have ever received. This man made my nails look so elegant and natural and not bulgy or thick. If you are looking to get acrylics ask for ANDREW. He did amazing!!!! This was my first time here and ANDREW went out of his way to find a clear glitter gel I wanted. If you look closely he went so close to my cuticle it looks completely natural. I love them! I will be coming here for now on! 10/10 service!!!!
